Getting going with the contact form block is easy. While editing any page or post in the WordPress block editor, go to the location where you’d like the form and press the blue plus button in the upper left corner of the editor:

Use the search field at the top of the block inserter panel to search for blocks with names that start with “pz”.

Select PZ Contact and you’re good to go.
